Pure Barre is a 50-minute group fitness class. It is inspired by dance, Pilates, and yoga. Classes are instructor led and music driven. You use the barre and other fitness equipment, like weights, and resistance, to hold a series of full body positions, then incorporate small movements that target all your major muscle groups. This creates a fun full body workout that is high intensity, but low impact, making it a sustainable part of your fitness routine.
We offer 4 class types,
- Pure Barre Classic – Our bread and butter and most common class as described above.
- Pure Barre Define – A strength training focused class that uses heavier weights and works to build muscle.
- Pure Barre Empower – A cardio focused workout that keeps that heart rate up.
- Pure Barre Align – Focused on balance and flexibility, this class is a bit more yoga-ish

Small classes offer the opportunity for hands-on correction and personalized attention help you find the right technique to activate and work your muscles in the most effective way. Our curated technique is science backed and created with knowledge of how to best engage each muscle group in effective ways to get you the results you are looking for.
