Founded in 2022 by two dedicated educators, Ed After Hours, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting teachers beyond the school day. Born out of a shared realization that educators often lack the same access to free supplies that students receive, our mission is to bridge that gap by offering tangible support to those who shape the future.
Each year, we host an Annual Teacher Supply Giveaway, also known as Teacher Christmas in July where teachers are invited to “shop” for the supplies they need free of charge. To show our appreciation, we also treat attendees to a complimentary lunch, fostering a sense of community and care.
Throughout the school year, Ed After Hours continues to uplift educators by organizing free events and activities that provide encouragement, resources, and connection. Whether it’s wellness initiatives, appreciation events, or networking opportunities, everything we do is driven by a simple belief: teachers deserve support, too.
At Ed After Hours, we’re not just giving away supplies. We’re giving back to those who give their all.
